What is Muslin?

Muslin, which is known to be originated from different geographies such as Egypt and Bangladesh, is an open weaved, lightweight, soft, absorbent and 100 % cotton fabric. It becomes prettier and softer with every wash.

What are the washing instructions?

You can wash Deux Lapins products at 40°C with the cotton settings on your washing machine.

How should we do ironing?

Our products are pre-washed and have a natural look. We do not recommend ironing for keeping the unique texture of the product also considering parents in mind;)

What is the shipping time for Personalized Muslin throws?

Embroidered Personalization extends standard shipping time by 7-10 business days.

What is the Returns&Exchange policy for Personalized Muslin?

We only accept retuns & exchange if the problem with the product is due to our fault. Otherwise we do not accept any returns & exchange for the Personalized Muslins since they are specially designed and once produced loose their purchasable value.

What are the means of payment?

Upon your choice you can either pay with credit card or bank transfer. Each transaction is safe and secure on our website which is detailly explained below.

Only for Türkiye İş Bankası credit cards, you have the option to pay in 2 installments.

For bank transfer orders to be placed, the payment must be made within 2 days.

What does a safe and secure payment mean?

We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to protect the security of your online order information.

SSL (256 byte encoded) security protocol allows your credit card information to be encoded and directly sent to the bank, and during this procedure it is impossible this information to be reached. Under no circumstances other parties can see your credit card details. It cannot be recorded on our database.

When is my order delivered? What is the Delivery Policy?

– For domestic orders, our delivery takes 1-2 business days.
– For international orders, our delivery takes 2-10 business days.
– Deux Lapins is not responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges for international shipments. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

For all UK and other international orders, DHL is be the assigned shipping company.

How can I keep track of my delivery?

For domestic orders once we have received your payment, we will send your order confirmation via e-mail. And also when we ship your order, you will receive another email with the tracking number which you can click.

At any time you can click “Check Order Status” under CUSTOMER SERVICE at the bottom of our website. And then write your e-mail and order number, you can easily track your shipping status.

For international orders, we wil inform the customer at every step via e-mail.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We are pleased to accept timely exchanges/returns of unused and undamaged items within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Your items must be returned in the original packaging without any damage.

Returned items should include the original invoice, any returns or exchange demands without the invoice will not be accepted.

Shipping costs will be beared by  the customer unless there is a fault on behalf of DEUX LAPINS.

We will email you when we receive your return and reimburse the cost of the returned items once we inspect the condition of the goods. The initial shipment of the goods will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.

Reimbursement to the credit card can take up to 1-2 business days depending on the bank. For bank transfers, the reimbursement can take up to 7 business days.
